Terms of Service
Last updated: June 8, 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Halor (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
Halor provides informational anti-money-laundering (AML) risk screening for cryptocurrency wallet addresses, including sanctions and PEP screening, source-of-funds exposure, continuous monitoring, alerts, and exportable reports. Screening is read-only and does not move funds or affect any wallet.
2. Not professional advice
Halor provides informational risk screening only and is not legal, financial, compliance, or investment advice. Risk scores and findings are generated from third-party data sources and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You are solely responsible for any decision to send, accept, or reject funds. Halor is a tool to inform your judgment, not a substitute for it.
3. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account.
- You must be legally able to enter into these Terms.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to facilitate money laundering, sanctions evasion, or other illegal activity.
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to extract underlying data sources beyond your plan’s permitted use.
- Resell or redistribute screening results except as expressly permitted.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
5. Plans, checks, and billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. Pay-per-check credits are one-time purchases and do not expire.
- Each screening consumes one check or credit from your balance per your plan.
- You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time; changes take effect according to your billing cycle. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law.
6. Third-party data
Screening relies on third-party data providers. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of that data, and we are not responsible for decisions made based on it.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Halor will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of funds, profits, or data arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified, and the “Last updated” date above will be revised. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
