Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 8, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Halor (“Halor”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website and wallet-screening service (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to the practices described here.
1. Information we collect
We collect the following categories of data:
- Account data — your email address and authentication credentials when you register.
- Screening input — the wallet addresses and blockchain networks you submit for AML screening. These are public on-chain identifiers, not your private keys.
- Usage data — log data, device and browser information, and analytics about how you interact with the Service.
- Billing data — handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.
We never ask for, and you should never share, your wallet private keys or seed phrases. Screening is read-only and passive — checking an address does not move funds or notify the address owner.
2. How we use your information
- To provide AML screening results, risk scores, and monitoring.
- To send alerts (email and Telegram) for monitored addresses.
- To operate, secure, and improve the Service.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To comply with legal obligations.
3. Third-party processors
We share data with service providers strictly to operate the Service, including: our cloud database and authentication provider, our AML data provider for screening, our email delivery provider, our payment processor, the Telegram Bot platform for alerts, and analytics. Each processes data only on our instructions.
4. Cookies
We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes:
- Essential cookies — required to keep you signed in and to operate core features. The Service does not work without these.
- Analytics cookies — help us understand how Halor is used so we can improve it. These are only set with your consent via the cookie banner.
You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the banner shown on your first visit, and you can clear cookies at any time through your browser settings. Declining does not affect access to essential functionality.
5. Data retention
We retain account and screening data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service or meet legal obligations. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
6. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@halor.xyz.
7. Security
We use industry-standard measures to protect your data in transit and at rest. No method of transmission or storage is fully secure, but we work to protect your information and limit access to it.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, for material changes, provide additional notice.
